The main technical parameters



bus bar

In order to improve the thermal stability of the busbar and improve the temperature rise of the contact surface, the device is all made of TMY-T2 series hard copper row, and the connection part of the copper row must be pressed and tinned. It is recommended to use full-length tin-tin. Full length silver plated copper busbars are also available.

Horizontal bus

The horizontal busbar is placed in the busbar compartment at the rear of the cabinet. 3150A and above are double-layer layout, 2500A and below are single-layer layout, each phase consists of 4 or 2 busbars, which greatly improves the short-circuit strength of the busbar.

■Structural characteristics

1. The main frame of the device is made of 8MF steel, and the frame is assembled and partially welded. The main frame is equipped with a modulus hole E=20mm.

2. The functional rooms of the device are strictly separated, and the compartments are mainly divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms, and the functions of each unit are relatively independent.

3. The device adopts the latest design scheme of placing the horizontal main busbar behind the cabinet top or the cabinet, so that the cable compartment has upper and lower outlet passages. Solved the problem that the old product can't be on the line.
