7.1 By T/T:
Down payment, not less than 30% of the total value of this PI, shall be remitted to the seller’s account within 5 working days after signing this contract by both parties and the balance shall be remitted to the seller ahead of 14 working days before shipment. If the time that the balance can’t be remitted to the seller exceeds 90 days from that date of receipt of down payment, the seller has the right to handle the commodity freely and to keep the down payment as compensation to the seller.
