1. Pulverizer: To make machine-made charcoal, the size of the raw material is required to be below 3MM. In addition to sawdust and rice husk, other raw materials need to be processed by a grinder.
2. Drum screen: When the material enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material (product under the screen) is discharged through the screen on the outer circle of the drum, and the unqualified The materials (products on the screen) are discharged through the end of the drum. Due to the turnover and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from being blocked. The sawdust drum screen is mainly used for the screening of raw materials when the rice husk briquette machine produces machine-made charcoal.
3. Belt conveyor: conveys the screened sawdust to the sawdust dryer. It has strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy maintenance, and can easily implement programmed control and automatic operation. The continuous or intermittent movement of the conveyor belt is used to transport articles under 100KG or powdery or granular articles. It runs high-speed, smoothly, with low noise, and can be transported up and down.
4. Dryer: Before making rods, the humidity of the raw materials is also strictly required, and cannot be greater than 12%. If it is greater than, the raw materials need to be dried.
5. Cooling material system: This system is a cooling treatment system for sawdust after drying by the dryer.
6. Spiral distributor: This equipment is used in the transportation of sawdust or fine-grained materials, which requires two or more bifurcated paths for quantitative flow control. The screw distributor can realize the proportional control of the flow of two or more paths of materials, meet the arbitrary proportional distribution of the material flow, and work in an ideal state.
7. The briquette machine: the raw materials are crushed and dried, and the next step is the rod making stage, where the crushed and dried raw materials are processed into carbon rods (semi-finished products) at high temperature and high pressure through the charcoal briquettes machine. The rod making machine can make the carbon rods into 50MM, 60MM, 70MM, 80MM, 90MM hollow rods according to customer needs.
8. Steel mesh conveyor: This conveyor is used to convey semi-finished core rods produced by multiple rod making machines.
9. High-temperature carbonization furnace: The prepared fuel rods are put into the carbonization furnace and turned into finished charcoal through dry distillation or spontaneous combustion. The steam (white smoke) generated by the drying of the upper carbonization tube of the carbonization furnace is emptied; after the carbonization tube of the lower part of the carbonization furnace produces smoke, open the combustible smoke valve, and wait until the smoke is almost invisible, indicating the carbonization process The flue gas has been completely recovered. After spraying, cooling, and purification, the recovered flue gas becomes combustible gas and enters the stove at the bottom of the carbonization furnace for secondary combustion. At this time, the gasifier is closed. Cycling in this way, using the gas produced by the body to burn the body, to achieve the effect of energy saving; the whole process can be continuously carbonized production, pollution-free flue gas emission, extremely environmentally friendly, and meet the national exhaust gas emission standards.
