Aluminum plastic recycling machine adopts physical way to separate aluminum from plastic. The whole process include crushing, grinding, electrostatic separation. After input aluminum plastic material into crusher, it will be crushed to small pieces less than 10mm, then these small pieces be transferred to grinder. Grinder equip with rotary vibration screen which can control size of grinded material, By grinder system, the small pieces will be grinded as powder which aluminum and plastic won’t composited together and can be separated by electrostatic separator which has high separate rate. We also adopt pulse dust collector to collect dust during whole process. There is no water pollution, air pollution, chemical pollution during whole process. It’s totally environment friendly machine.
Aluminum plastic recycling machine can be used to separate aluminum from scrap medical blister, aluminum plastic panels, aluminum foil etc… The separate rate can reach to 99%, the separated aluminum powder and plastic powder can be sold on market directly.
