Hydraulic cylinder tubing usually is produced by honing process or skiving & roller burnishing process, using “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes. The processing of the hydraulic cylinder tubes is determined by the size, mold available and the request of the customer. Hydraulic cylinder tube is known as hydraulic cylinder barrel also.

Our hydraulic cylinder tubes usually are made from grades SAE 1020, SAE 1026, E355 and ST52.3. We also produce honed cylinder tubes in other materials on customers’ request.
