Wheel Sand Washing Machine Working Principle
When sand washing machine works, the impeller is driven to rotate slowly by the motor through triangle belt, reducer and tooth wheels. Sand and stone that are fed into the tank-washer will be tossed by the impeller, in which process the impurity covering the sand and stone is removed. Then the impurity and materials with smaller specific gravity are watered and exhausted out through the overflow weir. Washed sand will be taken to the output tank by the rotating impellers.
