Granules mixer →Vacuum feeder → Hopper dryer → Main Single screw extruder → Co-extruder→ Mould → Vacuum calibrator → Spray cooling tank → Printer → Haul off → Cutter → Stacker

PP/PE pipe extrusion machine is capable of manufacturing different sorts of pipes such as PPR cold/hot water pipe and PE silicone pipe. This production line can also produce monocular pipe with one extruder and multicolor pipe with co-extrusion die head.
