The company also undertakes the construction of bridge, steel structure building, house frame, screw conveyer, belt conveyer, feeding machine, belt bucket elevator, dust catcher, iron catcher and so on.
The casting factory can cast kinds of steel-casting below 120mt, cast iron, precision steel casting, roller, engine seat, rack, box, blank of gear, cover type, sideway, valve body, pulley, connecting rod and so on.

Our forging branch plant can forge the forging pieces such as shafts, flanges, rings and abnormal shape parts made of carbon structural steel, tool steel, ball-bearing steel, spring steel and various alloy steel, and lifting hook forgings of various specifications. The principal equipments are various kinds of large-scale hydraulic presses for free forging and free forging hammers of various tonnages. The maximum forging ring 1500, flange 1000, shaft ×17000.
Meanwhile, our cast steel and casting branch plant has large, medium and small electric arc furnace, ladle refining furnace, cupola furnace & intermediate induction furnace for cast steel and cast copper of various tonnages. Our precision castings produced by silica solution, soluble glass and dissolved mould technics are mainly exported to the regions of America, Europe and Asia and have got good comments from all the customers. The heat treatment branch plant own controlled atmosphere heat treatment production line and various electric smelting furnaces which can do the heat treatment such as quenching, annealing, tempering, etc. The precise testing methods of the plant can be used for mechanical property and chemical composition inspections and all kinds of flaw detections.
