Vibration screen installed before the drying drum will take away the oversize aggregate, The sized cold aggregate is heated by the dryer drum , together with metering bitumen and additives are mixed in the drum mixer . special burners are available with different fuel : coal , nature gas, heavy and light oil. the hot mix asphalt manufactured is transferred into storage silos by bucket elevators ,Wet type dust collector is combined together with the whole plant.
