There is the pressure container in membrane component, the nominal inner diameter is 8 inches.
Before the start of RO system, the pretreatment debugging, component filling, meter calibration and other system testing and so on should be finished.
The pressure of membrane component feedwater is boosted increasingly, the pressure is boosted to the normal operation, whose time should be more than or equal to 60 seconds.
The new membrane is installed for the first time, which should be flushed more than 2 hours, RO pure water produced should be discharged.
Pay attention to avoid the water side of product producing backpressure.
All the membrane components will be tested in the factory, 1.0% sodium bisulfite (in winter, 10% propylene glycol antifreeze will be added) solution will be used in storage, we adopt vacuum package, the external package is the hard carton box.
