　　I. Summary

　　QGF full automatic barreled production line is special for 3gallon in pure water plant or mineral water plant, full automatic filling equipment for 5 gallon, this operation of equipment is simple, it just needs 1-2 worker, it is the integration of disinfection, rinse, capper-covering, capper-pressing and delivery, which adopts three-phase alternative current 380V power source, which is fully suitable for towns, factories and mines and private owned enterprises. The equipment adopts microcomputer control system and pneumatic control system which has the advantages of reliable performances, easy operation and maintenance, the bottle-washing, filling,capper-pressing process is finished under the fully-closed condition, in order to prevent the filling process of pure water or mineral water from secondary pollution, which is aseptic filling, up till now, it has been the most optimal filling equipment of pure water and mineral water.

　　This equipment is the integration of bottle-rinsing, filling, sealing, which is the full-automatic and muti-functional combined equipment, which is suitable for production of various no-gas beverage, fruit juice, mineral water, pure water tea drinking and so on. 　　(1). Wide adaptability: the machine adopts full-lock bottle neck transportation method, when produce various types of bottle, we just need to regulate the height of output chain box, which is suitable for bottle height range:120-320mm, and the bottle diameter: Φ40—Φ100mm.

　　III. Structural features:

　　The machine can be divided into four parts: bottle-flushing, filling, electrical control and pneumatic control.

　　1. Bottle-washing part (1) bottle-washing drive mechanism;(2) bottle-support; (3) bottle-washing water pump with potions; (4) potions cabinet; (5) bottle-washing water pump with pure water; (6) drive chain

　　2. Filling part

　　(1) filling cylinder; (2) filling valve; (3) cap-arranging electromotor and capper-covering device; (4) capper-pressing cylinder and capper-pressing device.

　　3. Electrical part

　　It is composed of microcomputer programmer and electric cabinet.

　　4. Pneumatic part:

　　It is composed of cylinder, pneumatic and magnetic valve and pneumatic electric cabinet.

　　IV. Working process

　　The machine adopts full automatic program control, there is the following working process:

　　1. Bottle-washing

　　There are five stations in bottle-washing process, the first station adopts chlorine dioxide to wash and disinfect, the flush time can be regulated, the first station time is 12S, the second station is 12S, the third station is 12S, the fourth station is 20S, the first and second stations will be flushed with potions, the third station will be flushed with clear water, the fourth station will be flushed with pure water, the flush time can be regulated with different requirements, the fifth station is to dry the residue moisture in the cleaning barrels.

　　2. Filling

　　The clean barrels will be delivered by the chain delivery unit, and fall down the barrel-lifting unit, the barrel-lifting unit will right the empty barrel, press it with filling valve, then begin to fill, the filling time can be adjusted by the filling pump flow.

　　3. Filling and capper-pressing

　　When the filling is finished, the outlet barrel drive device will deliver the barrels with full water to the capper-arranging machine to capper-cover, the capper-covered barrel will be delivered, the capper-pressing cylinder will be pressed tightly, hereto, one washing and filling cycle is finished.
