I. Summary
LTLD Cover-pulling machine is adapted to the requirements of large-scale mineral water plants and pure water plants, we have simplify the treatment technology of empty barrel. We have introduced foreign and domestic advanced technology of brush barrel cover-pulling , and combined the practical conditions with requirements of management of drinking water industry, developed LTLD series brush barrel cover-pulling machine. The performance of this machine is reliable, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient.

III. Structure features:
1. This machine is consisted of 25*25cm stainless steel square tube welding rack, drive device, pneumatic reversing cover-pulling device, electric control and water tank spraying and so on. It has the features of smoothness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance and so on.
2. Brushing, inner washing and outer washing are in one, three working status will be finished in one cycle, which will save time, labor and electricity.
3. Water supply mode: the users can choose different water supply modes: such as circulating water supply, non-circulating water supply and compound water supply.
4. The efficiency of brushing is good, and the machine is suitable for overall brushing of inner and outer brushing.
5. The operation is simple, we just need to open and close the door, then the process of brushing can be finished.
6. Pay attention to the electricity mode, N is the zero line, after power-on, the water tank will be full of water, and guarantee the rotation direction of electromotor. Open the switch of panel, then open the the cover, the machine will be operated.
7. The cover-pulling machine is suitable for separation of drinking water recovery barrel cover and barrel of 3 gallon and 5 gallon. The barrel and cover after separation is without wear and deformation, they can be used again after disinfection, which will improve the utilization ratio of covers and barrels. The power of this machine is air pressure, which is safe and reliable. The rated air source pressure is 0.5MPa/cm2, the air quantity entering into the machine is more than or equal to 0.1m3/min, the rate of pulling cover is 200~300EA/hour. After power-on, convert the recovery barrel and insert it into the cover-pulling head, then step on the foot switch, the barrel cover will be pulled, and slip out of slipping tank.
IV. Maintenance
1. After using of new machine, we should adjust the the tautness of main, vertical belt and the distance of threshold.
2. When we start to brush the barrels, we should inject the water into water tank until it is full.
3. Check the cover-pulling head’s cleanness and the the connected screw rod between cover-pulling head and cylinder, whether it is loosened or not.
4. When we find that during the operation process, there is some cover can not be pulled, maybe the dimension of barrel neck is abnormal, we should pay attention to the pressure of air source.
5. During the process of pulling cover, we must not put our hands into the head of cover-pulling, lest the cylinder will do harm to us.
When we have the maintenance, please close the power and air source, lest cause the injury of equipment and human body.
