Manual cleaning filter

　　I. Brief introduction of manual cleaning filter

　　BY series manual cleaning filter is the new and special filter for the requirements of rough filtration system in the water treatment of domestic industries, which has adopted stainless steel microgroove screen as the filtration components. Because it has the large filtration area, small pressure losing, high strength, convenient cleaning, easy sewage discharge and so on, it has widely used in many kinds of water filtration, such as cooling water, circulating water, clear water for spraying, sealing water and so on.

　　II. Main technology parameters of manual cleaning filter

　　1. Filtration precision: 50～3500υm

　　2. Working temperature: ≤250℃

　　3. Nominal diameter: 40～500mm

　　4. Design pressure: ≤2.5MPa

　　III. Installation details of manual cleaning filter

　　Pay attention to the horizontal or vertical installation(the water flows from the top.) : when we install filter, we should notice the arrow direction, lest destroy the filter screen.

　　IV. Cleaning steps of filter screen

　　When the pressure difference of inlet and outlet of filter reach the preset value(usually 0.04Mpa,), we must clean the filter, or the filter screen will be destroyed. There are the following cleaning steps:

　　1. Particle sludge: the bigger particles can settle on the bottom of filter, we can clean it without stop, just need to open the blowoff valve; and to the smaller particles adhered to the filter cartridge, firstly, we should close the front and back valves of filter, secondly open the blowoff valve, last, start and power-off the back valve quickly for several times, the sludge will be rinsed out.

　　2. Fibrous sludge and tiny particles: we should close the front and back valves of filter, disassemble the flange cover board and blowoff valve, change the new filter cartridge or after cleaning the filter cartridge, then we can install and use it.

　　Remarks:

　　(1). We can install the pressure difference automatic alarm in the manual cleaning filter according to the requirements of users, there will be a waning light, remind the operator to clean and blow off.

　　(2) The filter cartridge of filter is the vulnerable component, when it leaves the factory, it will be configurated one filter cartridge for every filter.
