2.Application field
These tools can avoid to rise sparking when tools strike,rub or collide with target in explosive atmosphere or flammble vapours and wide used in hazardous environment where flammable and combustible vapors liquids gas dusts are present such as petroleum industry,chemical industry ,power generation ,railroad ,and mining etc.
Non Sparking Tools

||||||||||||||||||||
We offer Non-Sparking Tools for application in explosive potential environments. All its tools are forged after casting to achieve the best quality tools in the market, both in mechanical properties and attractive finishing.
We offer two kinds of material for its non sparking tools, copper beryllium alloy(Cu-Be) and Aluminium Bronze (Al-Br) alloy:

5.What is a "non-sparking" tool?
"Non-sparking", "spark reduced", "spark-resistant" or "spark-proof" tools are names given to tools made of metals such as brass, bronze, Monel metal (copper-nickel alloy), copper-aluminum alloys (aluminum bronze), or copper-beryllium alloys (beryllium bronze).
Commonly used hand tools are often manufactured of steel alloys. Preferred "non-sparking" metals have less tensile strength than steels usually used to make tools. A lower tensile strength
means the metal has less strength or resistance to tearing apart when stretched under test conditions. It also
means that these tools are softer, wear down more quickly than ordinary steel tools, and have to be dressed more
frequently.
6.We have four series
