Colored LCD Oil Filling Sys

The XKYF-608 colored LCD oil filling system is the latest product of our company. It is mainly used for quantitative oil loading or shipping according to the proportion of ethanol and gasoline. It also can be used for the allocation and loading of other liquid. It has a 10 - inch color LCD screen and menu that makes the machine easy to operate. The machine can work with out the computer well.

System Composition:

It is composed by the commercial control computer and the oil discharge meters used in the scene.

Main Function:

1.       It can do real time monitoring and it can display of oil condition dynamically.

2.       It can display and modify parameters, query data, report the loss of bill of lading, count the statistic and print the daily/ monthly report.;

3.       It can work (discharge oil) online/ offline. You can connect to the system using the network, or work offline. It can close the valve automatically to correct the error of there is overshoot oil. 

4.       It has two ways to discharge oil: by weight (KG) and by volume (L).   

5.       It’s very safe to use. There are static electricity earth, oil spill-proof automatic detection, control valve linkage.

6.       It has failure self diagnosis, failure warning, failure display, and discharge oil automatically after fault clearance.

7.       It also has power off automatic data protection. It can protect your information for no less than 2400 hours.

8.       It can discharge oil in two ways: bottled and canned.

9.       It supports both artificial temperature and automatic heating.

10.   It can connect not more than 30 hypogynous machines.

11.   It has the IC card ticket function. (The function need be specially appointed ).

12.   It supports the online electronic scale contrast.

13.   It’s salve machine has the LCD operation screen, the keyboard, the buttons (such as “downward” , “confirmation” and so on). It slave machine can do the real- time mixing of ethanol and gasoline in proportion. It has double gauge, double pump, and double valve.
