3Process flow of coal dryer
As coal slime is sticky, coal dryer is divided into several section for higher efficiency.
A. Transmission section. Wet coal slime enters this section, then gets full contact with high temperature air, moisture inside gets vapourized. With lifting boards elevate and scatter materials repeatedly, wet coal slime is conveyed to next section.
B. Cleaning section. When materials fall down, they are easy to stick on the inner wall of the cylinder. During this process, cleaning device breaks the clumps. This spreads the surface area of heat exchange and improves heat efficiency.
C. Lifting boards section. Wet coal slime is loose and of low moisture content that meet the requirement.
D. Discharging section. No lifting boards in this area. Materials roll to the outlet. The whole drying process is completed.
