1Application of vegetable dryer machine
Vegetable dryer machine is a kind of continuous drying equipment, mainly for sheet, strip, granular materials with good air permeability, such as: fruit, pepper, potato chips, straw, wood, etc. The main heating types of vegetable dryer machine include electric heating, steam heating, hot air heating.
2Principle of vegetable dryer machineMaterials are uniformly put on the belt by feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally stainless steel wire net of 12-60 mesh and it is drawn and moved inside the dryer by a transmission device. Vegetable dryer machine is composed of several units. For each unit, hot air circulates separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged by a dehydration blower. The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve. Hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered by the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat transfer process. This process brings water away.
Running speed of belt can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. Final products after drying will fall into material collector continuously. The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped if needed. The unit number can be selected.
