C .Mechanism for action:

Thyroprotein is the precursor of thyroid, it has thyroidal physiological function, so it is named as likethyroid. When it enters into animal's body, it can play following roles:

1.Join the metabolism of substances in the animal's body,e g. Reinforce the metabolism of fatty, sugar and protein.

2.Improve the permeability of blood capillary and make the excretive of kidney stronger. 

3.Promote growth of baby livestock.

D.Effect:

For milking sow and piglet:

Increase the milk quantity of sow, raise the body weight of weaner and weaner reduce the death rate.

For live hog:

Raise the utilization ratio of the feed, promote growth, increase the lean and improve the quality of slaughtered hogs.

For cattle:

Incerase the milking quantity of dairy cow and the content of butterfat. Promote growth of beef cattle.

For chicken and duck:

Promote growth, better the quality of meat, bright the feather, raise the rate of oviposition and improve the thickness of eggshell.

G.Points for attention:

1.Thyroprotein should be added into the feed three days before pregnant sow delivers and it should not be stopped until the ablactation. If it is stopped suddenly during lactation period, the milking quantity of sow will be reduced rapidly. 

2.In order to prevent the body weight to be lightened excessive thyroprotein should not be used in the feed. The sow feed during lactation period should contain 15% protein, high energy(TDN70--75%)and high unit vitamin.
