Up to now, bagasse, cotton stalks, hemp stalks, bamboo, scraps of bamboo products, rice straw, wheat straw, and phenol-formaldehyde resin powder obtained after recovery of precious metals from waste circuit boards have been used as raw materials to manufacture particleboard. According to the different properties of those materials, the particleboards produced can be used in fields like furniture, decoration, flooring, container floors, billboards, etc.
For materials such as bagasse, cotton stalks, hemp stalks, bamboo and scraps of bamboo products, etc., cheaper urea-formaldehyde resin can be used in particleboard production.
For materials such as rice straw, wheat straw, and phenol-formaldehyde resin powder obtained after recovery of precious metals from waste circuit boards, more expensive isocyanate (MDI) is used. The particleboard produced features no formaldehyde emission and good moisture resistance. Panels produced from phenol-formaldehyde resin powder is especially good for highly humid sites, such as bathroom partions and decoration, moisture-resistant flooring, etc.
Our company supplies the aforementioned particleboard lines using non-wood materials
