Advantages and characteristics of QFT3-20 brick machine:
1,It can use all kinds of materials: slag, coal ash, dust, blinding, tailings, limestone powder, sand coal gangue, construction waste slag, fly ash, volcano ash and so on.
2,The spring structure: which not only ensure the pressure head, casting box, mold core and pallets to work together, but also make the machine work steady and have little noise,the products are harder and more homogeneous.
3, The pressure head could be moved length way: its convenient to add material, be repaired and be washed. The drop measured just under 20mm, which make the bricks have no rough selvedges and have no damage to the corner of the casting box.
4,It can produce all kinds of blocks.Standard bricks, two-layer bricks, solid bricks, color paving bricks, hollow blocks, interlocking blocks, etc.
5,The pallet is exciting together with the corner of the casting box, which can last the life time of the pallets, make the bricks have high strength, can be stacked after forming, with saving 5 to 10 percent cement.
6,The brick mold is made of alloy steel with high technology and high accuracy. The mold is charactered with anti-seismic, durable accurate size.
