A. Forming:
Mechanical classification forming. Unique and advanced diamond rolls ensure an ideal forming result. And the quality of the final product is improved.
B. Hot pressing:
An advanced hydraulic system is used with the hotpress. Also used is a high-precision control device which can accurately control the position of the upper platen, thereby precisely controlling board thickness, and reducing the sanding allowance on board surface.
C. Specifications of products: 8′×4′\5′\6′-48′.
