General Introduction
This production line can atilize such raw materials as cement、small-diameter logs、 branches and etc. to produce graduated cement particleboard with 3 layer, the boord used in such trades as building、package、fitting up a house and so on, and it is a better replacement of the building materials.
This production line can prepare the wooden shavings by flaking with long timber. After cement、shavings and chemical materials are separately measured by computer, mix them evenly, and form into specification board by combining mechanical forming with air forming. The mats are transported by steel caul plate conveyor and multi-belt conveyor into stacking machine for stacking, and after they are compressed into specification thickness by cold press, through a series of processes again such as curing、storing、drying and so on, made into roughing out of cement particleboard, then cut them into the specification cement particleboard the needs of the customers four edge trimming saw.
