Main construction:

Main function:
This machine is to smash 6-12mm rubber processed by tire crusher into 1- 4mm rubber crumb in ambient temperature.
Work principle:
Motor drives the major axis run up, Make installed in rotary cutter holder on the rotary knife and installation in the fixed knife seat fixed knife both moves relatively,cutting edge cut tear apart the material when the material enters into the cutting chamber, to make the proper pieces pass the gridding to the smash chamber, and the bigger pieces should be recycled to the last procedure to continue cutting. During the processing,the iron wire inside the rubber bricks are separated from the rubber approximate to more than 99%. And the same time, the fibre and the rubber pieces was separated from the inner of rubber and the separation rate is as long as more than 99%, circulating cooling water cooling the smash chamber to protect the cutter and axis and make the the smash chamber temperature properly.
Design feature:
1. Double-layered in feed funnel absorbs noises efficiently in working.
2. The circling water cooling system prevents the high temperature trend in the chamber ,blade and bearings in working, which obviously avoid rubber conglutination at high temperature and prolong the lifetime and productivity of the machine.
3. The horny alloy blade can stand hard strike, wearing resistant, and flexible; the blade is in simple design, easy installation and adjustment, and last long. The X designed blade ensures the logical and reasonable shearing method and , cost efficiency.
