Main construction:

is composed of main motor,in-feed motor, belt pulley, dynamic disk body, moving grinding disk, fixed grinding disc body, fixed grinding disc, spindle, equipment body, big and small gears, circulating cooling water system and other components.

   Main function: SM600Grinder machine is mainly applied in grinding 5-15mesh rubber granules into 40-120mesh

  Work principle: The motor’s transmission parts are driven in high spindle speeds, which resulted in both the moving disc and fixed disc on the spindle to engage in relative sheer and grinding movement. When the material in the feeding mechanism is transported in the grinding chamber, the grinding knife utilizes high-speed cutting and grinding to produce fine grinded materials. Under the combined mechanism of the centrifugal force and special powder discharge, the crumb rubber, which fulfills the fineness requirements, will be discharged out of the chamber through the gap in the grinding disc. Then drawn by the fan to the follow-up process: the temperature of the grinding disc will be lowered by an internal recirculating water-cooling system. This ensures that the powder in the grinding process does not produce char and adhesive.
