This series is a kind of roller shot-blasting machine. It mostly applies in the line of architecture, bridge, etc, which is used for relieving of stress and wiping surface rust of large girder shaped steel, H-shaped steel and other large dimension steels.
It is mainly applied to remove the stress and surface rust of large-sized or H-shaped steel structural components in the industries, like bridge, building, etc.

QH6912 working principles and working procedures
When it works, dust collector, separator, elevator and screw delivery device are started, then start the blasting wheel, so the preparation is ready to work. First, load workpieces on feeding roller, wokieces will go into blasting room by roller’s convey. There is test device in front of inlet of blasting chamber, when the head of workpiece goes though, after calculation of PLC and finish delaying time, shot gate will open automatically, and begin to clean the workpieces. The workpieces will go ahead, meantime, they are cleaned by steel shot to remove the oxide skin, rust and sewage, until they leave the blasting room. When workpieces goes through the back assistant room, accumulated shots and dust on workpieces’ surface will be blew by high pressure blowpipe. When workpieces go into discharging roller, the cleaning work is finished for this time. When tail of workpieces go though testing, after calculation of PLC and finish delaying time, shot gate will close automatically. After the workpieces leave the blasting room completely, then unload workpieces on discharging roller. Repeat this process until the work is finished, then stop machine step by step.

Working process
1. start the dust collector
2. start the separator
3. start elevator
4. start transversal screw
5. start longitudinal screw
6. start conveyor system
7. start blasting wheel
8. load workpieces on feeding roller
9. workpieces go ahead and stop at the fixed position, then start shot gate
10. project steel shot, cleaning is beginning
11. after the workpieces finish cleaning, close the shot gate
12. unload workpieces on discharging roller
13. repeat steps of 8,9,10,11,12 steps
14. please turn to step 15 if you want to stop working
15. stop blasting wheel→stop longitudinal screw →stop transversal screw → elevator → separator →stop dust collector, whole machine stops working.
