Machine Feature:

1).  There is an auto-lubricator on the feeder,which can automatically lubricated the aluminium feeder.The foil feeder provides the supply of right quantity and length of aluminium foil,and it is controlled by servo system in SEIMENS,which assure a high-precision step.

2).We are desinging & making mould by ourself for 8 years,after finishing the mould,we testing on machine time by time to make sure the good quality and high precision,also can according to customer sample to make one cavity.

 

3).  Our machine equipped with a mould lifter which can lift and low the mould automatically and easily during changing the mould.

4). The feeding system control feeding length and stepping by computer,which assure a high-precision steps.
