V-method production line

Vacuum sealed molding process (also known as the V-process modeling) is invented in Japan in the 1970s and the successful development of a special casting method. Single dry sand (do not add water, binder and appendages) for molding sand, with air vent and exhaust device looks like the coating forming, sealing sand box in plastic film after heating, and rely on the vacuum pump draw-out type within the air, causing the mold pressure difference inside and outside the dry sand compaction, to form the desired cavity of a physical modeling method.

V method modeling processes for coating, paint, compacted sand filling from the film, these processes must be completed in a vacuum support. The basic equipment: with suction filter tube the sand box template, vacuum system, plastic coated heating, forming and cutting, earthquake real sets and sand handling equipment.
