1). There is an auto-lubricator on the feeder,which can automatically lubricated the aluminium feeder.The foil feeder provides the supply of right quantity and length of aluminium foil,and it is controlled by servo system in SEIMENS,which assure a high-precision step.

2). We are designing $ making mould by ourself for 8 years ,after finishing the mould ,we testing on machine time by time to make sure the good quality and high precision,also can according to cuatomers'  sampie to make one cavity.

3).Precision processing tachnics aluminum foil container cutting,forming ,stretching,turned edge with one step forming.

4).We can design and manufacture machine according to customer’s requirment and target price.
