auto-lubricated feeder----control panel----pneumatic press----mould---conveyor---collection desk---packing

1).We are desinging & making mould by ourself for 8 years,after finishing the mould,we testing on machine time by time to make sure the good quality and high precision,also can according to customer sample to make one cavity.

2).There is an auto-lubricator on the feeder, which can lubricate aluminium foil automatically.

The foil feeder provides the supply of right quantity and length of aluminium foil, and it is

controlled by servo system in SEIMENS, which assure a high-precision step.

3).This machine equipped with a mould lifter to make sure changing the mould easily by the worker.

4).The feeding system control feeding length and stepping by computer,which assure a high-precision steps.
