KV-50B Semi Piece Bra Molding Machine

It is used to mold semi piece foam bra, it can load one set of mold. Machine equipped with cylinder and pressing plates to prevent the raw material from wrinkling, deviating and pulling during molding and with laser marking or say infrared rays to guide the material loading.

Function: This kind of machine is mainly used for molding half-piece bra.

Features:

(1) This kind of machine adopts the fuselage design with high strength; it is delicate and exquisite in structure. It adopts four guide pillars with accurate position and lifts steadily. It uses the aluminum moulds to heat evenly and quickly.

(2) Using the spring-actuated pressing frame and no less than 8 infrared searching lights for positioning, it can adjust freely and bears the features such as accurate positioning and high molding rate.

(3) The installation for incoming materials equipped with embroidery shelf is flexible, practical and effective, which can make the products molded within one molding, saving molding time.

(4) To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating. So, it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the heating tube’s service life.
