nail making production line

Common nail（iron nail） are mainly use for building、 furniture、 craft and etc industry.  The nail making products line include below machine:

1.automatic nail making machie ,

2.cutter grinding machine,

3.polishing machine ,

4.wire drawing machine,

5. wire sharpening machine .

above machine is indispensable. Nail’s material is dia.6.5mm wire rod(rebar), drawing machine draw wire rod many time till it is correspond to make nail, then automatic nial machine produce specified nail. Then polished through polishing machine. Finaly we obtained the production.

General , one nail making machine and one wire drawing machine, it is enough to produce qualified nail for small or middle nail factory . we calculate just for one set production line: workshop need 80 to 100 square, used electricity 20KW, 2 to 3 worker.
