In each vacuum tube there is a U pipe with direct flow-through that is connected to the header pipe inside manifold. This U pipe is seamed in an aluminum heat transfer fin in the interior of vacuum tube that transmits the heat from the interior tube to the U pipe.
Solar radiation permeates the outer glass tube and is captured on the outside of inner glass tube by highly selective sputter layer. The captured solar radiation is transmitted to flush-contact aluminum shield and then copper pipe filled with heat transfer fluid. Description U-pipe Solar Collector:
Solar collector plays an important role in solar heating system. U pipe evacuated tube collector performs better for its low heat loss, high adaptability and aging-resistant property than the flat panel collectors.

Features of U-pipe Solar Collector:
1. No water flows in the evacuated tube, so water scale and tube exposition are avoided. Single broken tube will not affect the working of the system.
2. It can be integrated with the architecture perfectly and be connected with the existing pipes.
3. Patented interferential film coated evacuated tube with absorptance among 94% to 96% and vacuum degree of 5*10-4 PA; Its service life will be not less than 15 years.

How it works:
1). The operation of the solar collector is very simple;
2). Solar absorption: Solar radiation is absorbed by the vacuum tubes And converted into heat energy;
3). Heat energy transfer: U type copper pipe conduct the heat energy from the Vacuum tube to the header copper pipe of solar collector;
4). Heat energy storage: Water is circulated through the header copper Pipe of solar collector, via intermittent pump cycling. Each time the water Circulates through the header copper pipe, the temperatures is raised by 5-10° C.
Throughout the day, the water in the tank is gradually heated.
