*Dark yellow to brownish yellow oily liquid
Characteristics:
Strong antioxidant. Natural and green. No reported side-effect. Convenient application, well soluble and dispersible in lipid and oily foods. Stable and hot-resistant, not easy to be decomposed at high temperature 240˚C in one hour.
Application:
Used as strong antioxidant in oily products, such as oils, fats and shortenings (vegetable and animal), feeds, deep-sea fish oil, DHA, EPA, AA,snacks, cereals, energy bars, nuts, mayonnaise, sauces and salad dressings, baked or fried foods, aquatic product, fresh and processed meats, milk and dairy products, fried and processed foods, seasonings, flour, candy, health care products, bio-pesticide, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, tobacco, etc.
