Compared with ordinary cotton-corded conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts have higher strength and better elasticity. They are more shock-resistant, lighter in weight and more suitable for grooving, which saves the conveyance cost and allows high-speed, large-span and long-distance transport.

2. Through-thickness stretching performance:
a. The stretching strength vertically should not be smaller than:
315, 400, 500, 600, 630, 800, 900, 1000n/mm
b. The through-thickness stretching percentage vertically should be no smaller than 10%, while the suggested extending strength percentage should not be greater than 4%.
c. The degree of the straight line should not be greater than 25mm.
