CO2 frequency laser is some kind of gas laser. Laser wave is 10.64 microns, belonging to the middle section of infrared. CO2 laser has comparatively large power and electro-optic exchange rate. Carbon dioxide laser uses CO2 as its work material. After immitting CO2 and other assistant gas into the discharge pipe, adding high voltage at electrode, the discharge pipe will occur laser discharging, which can cause the gas numerator discharging laser. The discharged laser expands and binds the energy into the focus point. Then it starts laser process by the deflexion of scanning vibration glass.
