Airslide hose is used for fast discharging of fine powders and granule form materials called “dry fluids” such as bulk powder cement, powder lime, coal powder, silica sand, urea, silage, flour, grains, sugar, marble powder, raw materials for detergent and ceramic industry from the motorway and railway trailers. It is always installed within bottom of the trailer.
Inflation air by air compressor which is placed on the trailer is applied into airslide hose and thus powder or granule form material can be discharged fast from trailer. Construction of airslide hose is similar to fire hose. It is made of synthetic industrial polyester yarn by circular loom. On the other hand airslide hose has much more stiff and has much less porosity than fire hose. One side of airslide hose is coated
with yellow coloured special material, thus abrasion resistance of hose is increased and air passing through coated side can be blocked.
Hoses are flexible, functional, lightweight and strong, small dimensional, durable against hard weather and working conditions.
