Introduction:
TZC compound cone crusher is a kind of modern high-performance crusher developed by Tarzan and collection of high pendulum frequency, optimized cavity and reasonable stroke. It is designed on the basis of foreign Symons cone crushers’ technology and combined with domestic market features, considering the laminated crushing principle and the idea of more crushing less grinding. Because integrated with high function crushing cavity and high crushing frequency, the capacity of TZC efficient hydraulic cone crusher improved a lot. Due to the principle of laminated crushing, the finished parts mainly are cubic structure and the needle-flake products declined much a lot. TZC efficient compound cone crusher is simply structured, easy for operation and maintenance, quick and convenient for discharge port adjustment and saved time and effort for maintenance. The crusher liner is especially easy for replacement, thus can reduce the machine downtime. It is the most cost-effective cone crusher in China at this moment. It is widely used for mining stone crushing, high hardness stone crushing, building material crushing, cement factory, gravel plant, concrete mixing plant, dry mortar, power plant desulfurization, quartz, etc.

Cone crusher must be full load feeder in order to achieve the effect of lamination if we want to get the max output. But this way may cause the problem of material block. You need to open the upper cover and clean the cavity by hand if you use the traditional cone crushers. TZC compound cone crusher adopts the type of automatic-clean cavity in order to save the cleaning time and extend the equipment working time. 

Principle:
When TZC series compound cone crushers work, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate by the triangle belt, the big pulley, the transmission shaft, the bevel pinion and the large bevel gear. Under the rotation of eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone axis line swings, thus makes the broken wall surface come or leave the rolling wall surface from time to time. This movement leads the ore to be pressed, bended and at last to be crushed in the cavity formed by the moving cone and the fixed cone. Through repeated pressing, bending and crushing, the materials become the required size and discharge from the lower port.
