Principle:
Material enters the crusher through feed hopper. A part of material enters the high-speed rotary impeller from the upper sub-feeder and they are speeded immediately inside the rotating rotor. The speed can reach hundreds of times the acceleration of gravity. Then material is thrown through the passage around the rotor by the speed of 60-75M/S. It is first impacted and crushed with the material falling from the overflow port around the hopper, and then both of them are impacted to the crushing cavity lining and rebounded by the material lining, up-obliquely stroke to the top of the eddy cavity. Then it moves along down-obliquely and forms a continuous material curtain with the material from the impeller passage. Just like this, the material is impacted, rebounded, crushed twice or more, then it discharge from the bottom discharge port. It forms a closed circulation with circular screening system. Normally after three times circulation, material can be crushed to less 4.75mm. The crushing cavity internal clever air circulation eliminates the dust pollution.
