2PG double roller crusher is developed on the basis of traditional roller crusher and combined with the design concept of machine, electricity and oil integrated. It improved the crushing efficiency a lot and reduced the operation cost. It is used in the crushing line of artificial sand making, adjusting the granularity for mechanism of sand, metallurgy, coal mine, recycling of construction waste, building material , chemical industry and milling industry, etc.
Feature:
1. Inside equipped with a dust excluding plate, good sealing, avoid the splash of fine material, less dust, low operating noise.
2. Grinding roller is optimized, no need to replace the mill roll body during the whole life of equipment operation.
3. Adopts wear-resisting plates (also named roller skin),; use foreign advanced wearable technology for wear liners; if wear liner is badly worn, you can weld it by electrode wear and polish it.
4. Big crushing ratio, after crushing powder content is below 5%; especially suitable for crushing of quartz sand industry.

Principle:
Hydraulic roller crusher consists of a couple of parallel cylindrical rollers which are fixed horizontally. When these 2 rollers rotate in opposite directions, the fed material fall down to the rollers, and will be brought into the middle of the two rollers by friction and gravity, crushed and grinded by the two rollers and at last broke into small pieces. The crushed stone is pushed by the rotating roller and discharged by gravity.
