Main Function
It is to provide a means of raising and lowering the traveling blocks and all other drilling hoisting equipments, and processing the casing running by maintaining the drilling pressure to drilling the casings into the underneath of the ground.
Drawworks Features
1.All bearings are roller bearing, all shaft material are alloy steel.
2The drum is grooved. The high speed end and low speed end of drum adopt pneumatic tube clutch.
3.The brake wheel steel using circulating water cooling, and the surface of medium frequency quenching, Good abrasion resistance, long service life.
4.The contours of the sprocket teeth are intermediate frequency quenching, all transmission clutches are for involute spline type clutch.
5.The main brake using a belt type or disc, auxiliary brake distribution with magnetic eddy current brake or brake EATON.
