DEFLAGRATION FLAME ARRESTER
FA-I series bi-directional pipe explosion-proof back-fire relief valve of Finekay is applied to prevent the flame from breakdown while the explosion occurs in the pipeline. The distance L between the installation place of the explosion-proof back-fire relief valve and the fire source is strictly controlled. While the distance goes over n that is the ratio of L/D regulated (that is, L is larger than n-times of pipe diameter D), the explosion-proof back-fire relief valve must be used. The ratio is determined by the aperture of the back-fire relief valve and its design model. The explosion-proof back-fire relief valve cannot prevent the long flame breakdown and the detonation flame breakdown. If the long burning cannot be removed from the actual working conditions, the temperature sensor needs to be installed.
