2.. Usages: in food processing industry, it's used as buffering, chelating agent and nutrition supplement, emulsification, flavoring for yoghurt. If in cook drink, it can be adirritate the sourness or citrate acid, prevent the acidfication of dairy products. It's also used as biner in cheese and minced meat, gelatinize in jellies and syrup, emulsification and stabilizer in cheese and ice cream.
3.. Packing: Packing with polyethylene bag as liner and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer, The net weight of each bag is 25KG and 50KG.
Also packing can be done as customer's request.
3.. Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from water and moisture. Unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
