This construction elevator has characteristics as following:
1. It is equipped with fully safety devices to guarantee the safe working such as anti-falling tripper short circuit protection phase failure protection phase open protection top, bottom limit and limit switches of suspension cage electrical and mechanical interlock devices mounted on lower cage.
2. Stable running and comfortable adaptability. The driving unit was designed to locate at top of suspension cage which enlarges the inner space of the cage.
