l         Quicking Canine Heartworm Antigen Test can be stored for 18 months at room temperature, between 2 and 30°C.

test procedure

-          Take canine blood, serum or plasma as sample.

-          Take out the cassette from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.

-          Drip 1 dro of sample and immediately drip 2 drops of assay buffer into the sample hole. NOTE: It is suggested to use serum to increase the detection sensitivity.  

-          Interpret the result in 5 - 10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
