Working Principle of Fine Crusher:
The material is manually charged into one end of a high purity sand grinding machine and discharged after grinding from the other end of the machine into a separation screen. The graded material is divided into two kinds: one conforming with specifications and one out of specifications. The large grains out of specifications are returned to the charging place through a returning machine, and the Crushers Supplier mixture conforming with specifications enters into a grading screen through lifting machine and divided into rough and fine kinds. The rough material enters into a rough rolling cage screen and the fine material enters into a fine rolling cage screen and are graded hereby into qualified products of 11 specifications.
In the process of grading, the fine powder is drawn into a dust collector and cyclone collector by a draught fan and then enters and stays in a purification tower. Therefore, there is no dust in the sand and the environment in and out of the room can be protected
