W900 is a kind of modified polyethylene wax which can be used in powder coating. It can reduce the friction during process and increase the equipment life. Meanwhile it can improve powder coatings flowing ability and increase smoothness and scratch resistance of the coatings film.

Recommended usage level
Normally the dosage for W900 is from 0.1% to 2% based on the total powder. The precise amount should be tested in the lab.
