RC209P is a low wax content matting agent for outdoor non-yellowing polyester powder coating system cured with TGIC or similar product. Normally low gloss level Less than 15% can be easily obtained by selecting proper polyester resins in the formulation. It is possible to apply in black shades due to its lower wax content.

Applications
-Normally gloss level ranging from 15% to 35% can be easily obtained by selecting proper polyester resins without changing the ratio of the cross-
-According to our test, stable gloss and mechanical properties are obtained for minimum baking temperature of 190°C
-It is recommended for light and dark shades due to lower wax content
-The dosage for RC209P in the formulation is from 3% to 6% based on the total powder
