Bicomponent (PE / PET) nonwoven fabric is made up of polyester and polyprophylene. The structure of the fabric is just like a pencil or a wire,sheath is polyethylene(PE),core is polyester(PET).
Polyester for strength and polyethylene for softness, which is made from continuous filament fibers and is very low linting
Because of the low bonding temperature(100~120degree), it won't have an effect on the structure of PET. During the hot-rolling process, because of the high temperature and intensive pressure, the sheath PE turns into adhesive, thus it improves the strength of both chemical fibre and finished fabrics.
The fabric is of high strength, with superior elongation and thermal recombination. It's widely used in packaging, protective clothing,decoration,recombination, automobile and etc.
