Brief Introduction

The cold feed is storage in aggregated bins, aggregate quantity is controlled by variable speed belt.
Vibration screen installed before the drying drum will take away the oversize aggregate.
The sized cold aggregate is heated by the dryer drum , together with metering bitumen and additives are mixed in the drum mixer.
Special burners are available with different fuel : coal , nature gas, heavy and light oil.
The hot mix asphalt manufactured is transferred into storage silos by bucket elevators.
Wet type dust collector is combined together with the whole plant.
Automatic PLC control system is equipped with continuous asphalt mixing plant , which will monitor the whole working process.

Aggregate Feed Bins
multiple bins to storage 2-4 size virgin aggregate , variable speed feeder conveyors control and regulate the flow amount of cold feed , optional vibration motors are installed on the wall of sand bin
Bitumen Supply System
insulated bitumen tank keep the liquid or emulsion bitumen , pump station together combined with the pump
Drying & Mixing Drum
core components asphalt drum mix plant, the cold aggregate go through the drum by gravity ,the moisture is removed and the aggregated is heated which combined with bitumen ,filler are mixing in the same drums ,
thermocouple included to control the hot mix asphalt temperature as required.the drum and burner is installed on the same chassis.
Special Burners
variable fuel options for the customized demand : heavy and light oil , natural gas or coal . special design burners with minimal fuel consumptions
Hot Mix Elevator
SINOSUN group equip the latest generation bucket elevator.
The hot mix asphalt will discharged on the bucket elevator direct into the storage bin
Storage Silos
the hot mix asphalt is suspended in the storage silos , asphalt truck can unload the mixed material under the silos directly .
Dust Collection System
optional dust collection system are available : multiple cyclone type , water collection type or bag house filter (latest generation) which will meet different investment demand .
