A: YES, Depitime does not use light; therefore it works safely on all skin complexions and all hair colors.
-Q: Where can I use the Depitime Handy Hair Removal?
A: You can use the Depitime everywhere except the genitals around the nipple area. We recommend you do not treat the eyebrows or close to the eye.
-Q: How long should hair be for a treatment?
A: For best results, hair should be between 1-3mm long, about stubble length.
-Q: How do I know which treatment level I should use?
A: Always start with the lowest Treatment Level, treat a small section and wait a few minutes. Adjust the Treatment Level until it is comfortable for you.
-Q: How do I know which blade to use?
A: Use the wide blade that comes with Depitime for large, flat areas like the legs, arms, back and chest. Use the blade on small, curved and sensitive areas like the face, underarms, knees, elbows and bikini line.
-Q: When should I start to notice long-lasting results?
A: Hair does not grow in the same place at the same time. Depitime takes time and patience and will be different for each person.
-Q: Why appears peculiar smell and smoke while using?
A: Depitime uses the technology of heated line, so it is normal when peculiar smell and smoke appear. We suggest you clean the hot blade attached hair and then use it again.
-Q: How do I treat curved areas like the elbows, knees and underarms?
A: When you glide over those areas, follow the natural curve of the body. You might need to hold the area tight to make sure Depitime is in contact with your skin.
-Q: Not all of my hair is treated after one pass, what should I do?
A: You may need to go over certain areas a few times to catch every hair. But don't overdo it. After 3-4 passes, take a break and work somewhere else. After your skin has had a few minutes to rest, return to that area to finish the job. When first starting, some people use a razor after treatment to further remove untreated hair. After a short time, this should no longer be necessary.
